No-fuss access to support

It’s now even easier to connect with the care and services available through BaptistCare. Whenever you need support, you can start here.

Together as one

In 2025, we brought all our services across the country under one name – BaptistCare. It means we can work better as a unified team to help you access the care you’re looking for across New South Wales, the ACT, Western Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

Want to learn more?

If you’re curious about our new look organisation, you’ll find answers to common questions in the FAQs further down the page.

You deserve to live to your full potential. To be surrounded by communities of care and the support you need. Which is why BaptistCare is entering a new era – one that’s focused on helping you make every day count.

We’ve brought our organisation together under one united BaptistCare brand, making it easier to recognise who we are, what we stand for, and the care we provide.

It’s an evolution that will enable us to do more. And it’s inspired by a belief we’ve held for more than 110 years as a purpose-led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity: that there’s always something that can help you live a better life.

For you, this means more ways to connect, receive the support you need, and explore what’s possible, so that each day feels like a step towards a life well lived.

Your stories.

Every conversation we have, connection we make, and service we deliver, opens up new ways to live better. Here’s a look at what we can make possible together.

Here are some answers to questions we get asked regularly.
Can’t find what you need? You can always get in touch with us.

  • We are introducing our new BaptistCare brand as part of our journey to come together as one BaptistCare organisation across Australia.

  • The brand reflects BaptistCare organisations coming together as one and is our consistent way of showing up for the communities we serve. A shared brand helps us work more closely together, strengthen service delivery, share expertise, and invest in quality and improvement for the future.

  • No. Your care and services for existing customers are not changing.
You will continue to receive the same support from the same teams, with the same focus on quality, safety and wellbeing.

  • No, this will not affect the cost of the care or services customers receive.

  • Over time, you may start to notice some changes, such as:

    • updated logos on letters, invoices and signage
    • new uniforms for some of our teams
    • more consistent branding across our communication

These updates will happen gradually over several months and years.

  • Our national organisation name is BaptistCare, and over time you will see this reflected in how services and locations are described.

Importantly, some customer contracts or service agreements will continue to use the legal organisation name for your State where relevant, as these entities remain part of our national legal structure.

There is no impact to customer contracts, funding, agreements, or the services you receive.

  • If you have questions, or would like to talk about the changes, please contact your current service and our team will be happy to help. Members of the community can also call our team on 13 22 78.
